Uplifting Budget Yoga Retreat

 

Cancun, Mexico: February 3 - 9 , 2019

Rebecca and Effie whisk you away to a gem location in the Yucatan Peninsula so you can discover the right yoga and plant-based nutrition options that fit your energy and lifestyle. Slow down your monkey mind to make better decisions, increase self-love and compassion, and find harmony within your essence. In your free time explore what this Villa has to offer! Opportunities to discover the local town, play beach activities like paddle boarding, snorkelling, kayaking or just lay and relax on the beach or by the lagoon. You could even book a transformative and relaxing Reiki healing session with your hosts!

BONUS: Excursion to the Cenotes (Sacred Well). Take a rejuvenating swim in the mineral rich magical caves that nourish and protect your skin. Myans settled around these spiritual wells and believed they were portals to speak with the Gods. Hear the messages of your Higher self while Effie guides you on a Wisdom Meditation Journey.



 

The focus during this retreat is on conscious and authentic living, self-care and self-compassion. All scheduled activities are completely optional. Allow this week to be the kindest gift you could give yourself and honour your needs.

Villa located on a luscious lagoon, within a 15-minute walk from the beach in Cancun Mexico. 40 minutes North of Cancun Airport. Shared accommodations.

Early Bird before October 15, 2018: $1197 CAD 

Regular Bird: $1397.00 CAD

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made prior to October 15th, 2018. In such a case, the cost of the retreat will be refunded, minus a $150 processing and administrative fee. Cancellations after October 15th will be refunded at 50%.

 

About Your Facilitators:

 Effie Mitskopoulos, founder of Soul Body Healer, is a Master’s trained Registered Social Worker specializing in holistic psychotherapy.  She combines customized Western interventions with hypnosis, mindfulness, and energy work to create a holistic healing practice with a “whole being” approach.  Because much discomfort stems from a mental-emotional-energetic cause, practicing mindfulness and hypnosis shifts unconscious programming and helps with managing emotional states; Reiki and yoga brings balance and strength to the body’s energy and systems by releases unresolved emotions and removing energy blockages.  All practices instil a sense of peace and bring conscious awareness of the connection between body, mind and soul.  Holistic psychotherapy is restorative in nature and facilitates faster and easier change.  As a mental health facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, Effie has provided programs for thousands of people in many populations ranging from stress management, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, addiction, and trauma.  She believes that every individual has special gifts and has the strength to heal themselves.  It is her passion to help her clients uncover the root cause of their discomfort and release distressing patterns so that they live happy, peaceful, and meaningful lives.  

 

Rebecca Rose is the creator of Rebecca Rose Wellness, a healthy lifestyle based company designed to help you create your most vibrant life. She is a certified Bikram Yoga teacher trained in spring of 2013. Since the completion of my 500 hour course I have continuously been interested in improving myself inside and out, discovering ways I can live my most vibrant life. I hold a certificate in Paddleboard Yoga, Yin/Restorative Yoga and most recently Barre/Pilates. I have had the privilege of teaching over 1000 classes all over the world including in: Australia, Thailand, Norway, and Mexico. These opportunities have shaped the way I deliver my class, making me a more connected teacher. I offer classes that are a combination of all the styles I know and love delivering an energetic, informative and loving session. In addition to yoga I love to move my body in so many ways, through; dance, jogging, paddle boarding, hiking, pole dancing and HIIT classes. I feel that we are here to share our uniqueness and embrace one another for who we are out our core.
