I am very pleased to announce my baby; "Mindfulness for Peaceful Living". the mindfulness course I have developed and am launching on March 2.
This course is near and dear to my heart because of my deep passion for it over many years of study. Practicing mindfulness (in its many forms) has created a deeper sense of calmness in me, and richness and understanding in my life. I am excited to share all the wisdom of mindfulness, yoga, meditation, psychology, and social work with relation to the greater workings of the energy around us. It is no regular mindfulness course!
