About the event
This unique experience combines the deeply restorative postures of Restorative yoga with the subtle, healing touch of Reiki energy work. Together, they create space for stillness, healing, and profound relaxation — allowing your body to reset and your energy to flow freely once again.
During class, you’ll be guided through soothing, supported poses while Reiki Master Effie channels Universal Life Force energy to balance your energy centres (chakras), ease emotional blocks, and promote a state of inner peace. Classes are intimate: 8 people maximum.
