Individual Psychotherapy Session (55 mins)
In-person and Virtual
Personalized sessions focus on your goals and help you overcome challenges, heal deeply, and achieve lasting transformation. We build awareness, strengthen your nervous system, learn and practice skills, and may use hypnosis and all healing modalities, including cognitive, behavioural, and spiritual/energetic.
Intensive Transformative Session (2 hours)
In-person and Virtual
Experience a profound shift in your mindset and well-being. Our intensive sessions are designed to help you identify and release the barriers holding you back, using the power of hypnosis to reprogram your subconscious mind with empowering beliefs.

I blend traditional psychotherapy with holistic tools to support mind, body, and spirit. Depending on your needs, sessions may include breathwork, mindfulness, cognitive exercises, energy work, hypnosis, or lifestyle suggestions — always grounded in your goals and capacity. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths and create strategies that work for you. My role is to help you access the healer within.
What you can expect working together
In therapy, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you here and what you want to move toward. I’ll get to know you, and we’ll check in along the way to make sure the work feels aligned and meaningful to you.
Some sessions may stir up big feelings. That’s completely normal and often where the real healing happens. Even when it feels hard or uncomfortable, you’re not doing it wrong or alone. Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s beneath the surface and help you tap into your strengths so you can move through challenges and feel more like yourself again.
