What Is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that supports balance within the physical body, mind, and energetic body. It works by enhancing your life force energy — the vital energy that flows through all living beings and supports overall well-being.

When this energy is flowing freely, we tend to feel more grounded, calm, and resilient. When it’s blocked or depleted, we may experience physical discomfort, emotional stress, or fatigue.

How Reiki Works?

During a Reiki session, universal life force energy flows through the hands of a trained and attuned practitioner, acting as a gentle conduit for healing. Because we are energetic beings at our core, working with energy allows Reiki to support healing on multiple levels — physical, mental, emotional, and energetic. Reiki is not limited by time or space, which means healing energy can also be sent across distance when needed.

What is Life Force Energy?
Life force energy is the energy (Prana, Chi, Qi) that animates all living beings in the universe, connecting spirit and body. It is closely connected to the body's primary energy centres (chakras) and the endocrine system, whose glands are located in the same regions as the chakras. It is the underlying force for health, healing, growth, and vitality.

Why Energy Healing Matters?
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, Reiki works at the energetic root of imbalance. By cleansing and supporting the energy centres, the body is given the opportunity to return to its natural state of balance — allowing healing to unfold in its own time and way.
