  • Learn how to meditate, practice different types of meditation (seated and in motion), incorporate a neutral perspective and learn how to bring this to your yoga practice and life!

Stress Management 4-part Workshop












This 4 part series helps bring awareness of stress in the mind and body and teaches different techniques to reduce stress and induce relaxation, clear thinking, and peacefulness.


Understand and Conquer!


Week 1: We explore the nervous system and brain’s response to stress and learn how to work with this system to calm oneself and instill a sense of peace.


Week 2:  What is stress in the body? And what does it do to the body?  Experience and learn ways to use the body to tell the brain to reduce tension!


Week 3: What is stress in the mind? Experience and learn how your thinking can affect your stress levels and learn ways to reduce them!


Week 4: Exploring other self-care techniques to incorporate into your life in order to live a more balanced and stress-less life!

Stress Management



This unique curriculum interweaves Kundalini Yoga and social work intervention to treat depression. Pranayama (breathing techniques), kriyas (exercises), and meditations to uplift mood, cognition, and strengthen the brain and nervous system are used.


The classes are structured to strengthen your nervous system, brain, mind, and life force in order to connect the emotional brain and the cognitive brain to better aid emotion regulation, positive self-concept and cognition, and increased energy. Energy centres and pathways that contribute to depressed mood also are cleansed.

This unique curriculum uses Kundalini Yoga and psychotherapy to help support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual components of weight management. Pranayama, kriyas, and meditations to address factors that lead to an unbalanced weight in order to bring about healthy weight and feel good about and confident about the self are used.


The classes are structured to address the multidimensional solutions for unhealthy weight. It focuses on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components of healthy weight. It is structured to stimulate and balance the thyroid gland, nervous system, bowel system, third chakra, digestion, and metabolism in order to balance weight physically.  It addresses emotions, mental quality, and habits to instill healthy patterns. It also helps to build self-love and esteem- to connect the limited self to the infinite self in order to remember that we are perfect and beautiful as we are.

Yin is a nourishing practice that complements a busy yang lifestyle, nurturing calmness and balance for the mind, body, and spirit.


Yin involves long held poses on the mat.  Props support your body so that your muscles release tension and you can delve deep into the connective tissues of the body.  Awareness is explored, compassion is cultivated, and deep healing is liberated.


You send your body signals to repair and revitalize:

·      Physically: Your joints are strengthened, enjoy increased flexibility and mobility

Liberate Healthy Habits is based on the world-renowned Beyond Addiction program created by Sat Dharam Kaur, ND. It encompasses specific discussion and Kundalini Yoga techniques to liberate brain and physiological patterns that hinder you from living the life you want.

Kundalini Yoga is a unique mind-body approach that guides you deeper to explore and address the root cause of obstacles, allowing you to flow in life and fulfill your goals.

Weekly classes will include discussion of principles of the mind, Kundalini Yoga postures, meditation and breathing techniques to create inner shifts that:
       • Encourage healthy thought patterns and behaviours that
          nourish mind, body and spirit
